Keith Screeney

Keith is the CEO of Bluemont and has over 30 years’ experience in the property development and construction sectors. He brings a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of both the technical and commercial aspects of delivering successful developments.

Keith has a strong track record in the acquisition, development and disposal of assets across the commercial, residential and healthcare sectors. He is a member of the Society of Chartered Surveyors and Engineers Ireland.
